MY Experience

My varied recruiting experience and training combined with my business experience and educational background make me particularly adept at understanding people and organizational systems, harnessing individual strengths, and approaching personal goals in fresh, creative ways.  

I started my career with a SE regional bank that eventually became Bank of America, where I gained experience in HR and Recruiting. I later moved to Heidrick & Struggles, an international executive search firm specializing in senior management level searches. Here, I gained search experience in a wide variety of industries and functional areas. Some of my searches included President/Chief Executive Officer, National Sales Manager, CFO, and Vice President, Corporate Development.

Since forming my firm, I have successfully completed search projects with a diverse group of companies that have spanned multiple industries to include, manufacturing-both consumer and industrial, retail, financial services, and life sciences. My search assignments focus on middle and senior-level positions, including, Chief Financial Officer, Controller, VP Business Development, GM/Plant Manager, and Human Resources Manager.  

Clients include start-ups, publicly held, family-owned, and private equity-backed companies, both US and global.
